Isaiah JuvensonHi, Guys! I am the newest little family member! My sisters are so excited they can hardly stand it!!!! My mom and dad...well, let's just say they can't believe they have a son! They thought all along that it was going to be another girl. God had better plans! I can't wait to catch frogs, play in the dirt, and drive trucks. Mommy can't wait to smooch my cheeks! Daddy can't wait to play ball with me! My Haitian name is Juvenson, and the Lord gave my mom and dad the name Isaiah for me when He confirmed in their hearts that I was to be their son. Thanks for all of your prayers! I am 2 1/2 years old and dream of coming home before my next birthday in December. Please pray that the Lord paves a way for me to come home as quickly as possible! Until then, I will stay here at the orphanage where my nannies will take good care of me. Mommy and Daddy will send $100 a month to the orphanage to help cover the costs of caring for me and feeding me while they wait as patiently as possible.

Here is a picture of my sisters getting the surprise news of hearing that it was a boy. They had to close their eyes and mommy had my photo behind her back. When they opened their eyes, they were looking at me!!!! Mommy thinks their expressions "tell it all"!!!

Oh my goodness...I'm in tears here. That smile and those cheeks, I can certainly see what grabbed your heart...he is gorgeous. I LOVED the picture of the big sisters too.

Oh Laura Congratulations! He is beautiful. I can't wait to hear about the day that he meets his family for the first time. Now we all have a little face to go along with our prayers.

i can't wait to meet another new crazy "great" addition to your family - i sure hope he can do 'bananas of the world...unite!', although i'm sure he'll have plenty of teachers:). ps this is really andrew typing, not cassie. :)
