I just have to let it out that I am really excited about who McCain has chosen as his VP running mate! Please join me in fervantly praying for our country during this election year. As believer's we can not be apathetic about this. We have to join together and storm the gates of heaven for the morality of this country.

Beauty Sleep?

My 4 year old daughter just came down to me and said, "A and I can't get our beawty sweep." (pause) "Fur reeeel."

I couldn't help but to start laughing. Where does she come up with these things?

He melts my heart!

Thank you to my friend Aimee for taking some time to do a photography/camera lesson with me. These photos are the result of our time together. Both of our older kids are in a play together, so we used the practice time to "learn me up". :) We had a very easy subject to work with. :) Aimee is the one who took the baby photos of Hudson last winter. Her work is amazing. She is incredibly talented and the Light of Jesus shines through her.

It's official!!!!!!!! Our court appointment went great! We are so grateful for everything the Lord has done to bring us to this day. To Him be the glory! We won't ever forget this special day and how much it means in our lives. Hudson charmed the judge. We were blessed with a court that loves to do adoption hearings. At the end of the judge's ruling, he had a stuffed animal ready to give to Hudson. On the stuffed animal was a little beaded colar with Hudson's name in beads. It was so special. We called the girls and they all screamed into the phone! Praise the Lord with us for our son!!!!!!

Not a problem--

We made it! Hudson traveled like a pro. He didn't even fuss. God blew the storm away just so we could get here. :) Today we will get ready and head to our court appointment. Thank you so much for your prayers and encouragement.

Tropical Storm?!?!?!

I don't like it that weather.com says we will be flying into a hurricane. Not very settling for this mama. I don't like leaving the girls the way it is...these weather reports aren't helping. Please pray.

Our First Tournament

We had an amazing tournament today! It was a beautiful day and all of the players had a wonderful time. A TV news crew and the newspaper came to do a story about it. We pray that God continues to bring glory to Himself through our journey. Thank you to everyone that volunteered and supported this event. We could not have done it without all of your help and support. We are incredibly grateful for you!

I'm off to get Hudson to sleep. I hope to write more about today later...I am just too exhausted right now!
