Drum Roll Please....

And the winner of the very prestigious award of well, actually nothing but pride goes to K-Mums!!! Congrats Kim, you guessed it right! My boy tipped the scale at 11 lbs. 6 oz.!!!!

Just after being weighed he sucked down another 5 oz.! :) The Dr. was completely impressed with how incredibly strong our son is. Being the proud mommy that I am, I will be buying him a celebratory can of formula!!!!! So let's see, he is 3 weeks and 5 days old, so he is gaining about a pound a week...at this rate he will be around 52 pounds at his 1st birthday! I better start saving up so we can get him a really, really BIG cake! :)

52 pounds on his first birthday!?!! That is soooo funny. I am glad he is going so well. He is HUGE!

oh, what else is funny is that they only stay in their little baby car seats until 20 pounds. He will be 11 weeks old and in a toddler car seat:) Heeheeeheee

No concerns on his growth there!!! :-) I wonder what the "world record" is for the size/weight of a baby on its first birthday... A "goal" to aim for!! :-)

They say the camera adds a couple of pounds...so I must have been seeing the "camera" weight! HeHe!

I got a GOOD chuckle out of his BIG cake! I think if he tops out at 50+ pounds, you might want to buy him a celebratory salad!

You are going to have ripped muscles carrying him around

LOL! I have read that if we kept growing at the rate we grew when we were one month old then we would weigh something like 300 lbs on our first birthdays!

Safe to say his gaining will level off at some point...but I hope he never loses the sweet cheeks!

hello, yes I would like to guess on the weight of annonymous but need to know if she weighs in before or after her 30mile daily runs. This will help me narrow it down by a couple pounds or kilograms, whichever she prefers.

As far as Hudson, ew, I need to squeeze him!!!

Make sure you pace him, or at that rate he may end up on the Maury show as one of the heaviest one year olds! :) Just kidding, I think chunky babies are the cutest!

It sounds as if Hudson is thriving!

Hint: I don't run and walking doesn't really happen anymore now that my 8 year old is able to bring me the mail. 127 is well...a cold guess...although I did weigh that in high school...but then I was told as we age, it's better to weigh more so if I DO get sick or incapicitated in any way, I won't waste away in a nursing home. For example, if I'm in a Moroccan desert, I will have some reserves...now guess again...but only three guesses...postcard entries are also accepted.

P.S. If you think we're weird, you're right....think of what our kids have to put up with....lots of eyeball rolling happening at our family get-togethers.

Hint #2: Hudson's cheeks are bigger than mine...at least those in the photo.
