Mine is "1979" by the Smashing Pumpkins. I am so old that I don't think I even know that song.
If only you would have picked a survey about my 1970's favorite song, "Puppy Love" by Donny Osmond. Just Kidding, tee, hee!!
Hope you are having a wonderful, satisfying, guilt-free day. TTFN, Sue
Ah...Donny Osmond! ;)
Macarena? C'mon... you are way cooler than that!
Mine was smashing pumpkins too!
Ironic by Alanis Morisette
I was Ironic too. Great, now it's going to be in my head...
AAHAH...they are all going off in my head!!!!
Court--the first time I took the test it was Breakfast at Tiffany's...talk about ewww! I had to retake the test! When I felt my self shakin' it in my chair, slappin' my hips, doin' the Macarena...I knew I was down with that! I will make the Macarena cool!
Ah Macarena!
Laura...I joined you doing The Macarena as well!!! :-) Still trying to figure out what that means about me... :-)
Umm, Kristi, it say A LOT about you! :)
Laura-
I am "Breakfast at Tiffany's"...and I DID like that song back in the day. It totally reminds me of a good friend of Brents trying to sing the song and not knowing the right words:-) If you could only hear it you would join me in smiling:-) Thanks for the memory...
I'm Jewel's "Who will Save your soul" :)
Seriously, Bets...Jewel!?!? Hmmmm...now that one has me stumped!
Ohh, I loved "1979" by Smashing Pumpkins"!
"California Love" by Tupac and Dre
Let me serenade the streets of L.A.
From Oakland to Sacktown
The Bay Area and back down
Cali is where they put they mack down
Give me love!
I have know idea how I got to this place in my life. Just keepin it rizzle ... you know what I mizzle?
RockStar--let's take a moment of silence in rememberance of Tupac. I know he was your man. In fact...I am pulling on some of Matt's jeans today to wear in rememberance. I will also be putting on my bandana.
Weren't you opening for his concerts back in the day, before the shooting? I wasn't your manager yet, so correct me if I am wrong.
I am sure this silly little blog-o-sphere quiz has brought up some incredibly emotional memories for you, RockStar. Sorry! Hope you were able to sing yourself to sleep last night.
If you want to go back in and take the test again...you are welcome to join me in making the Macarena cool! I do believe it is your wife's absolute FAVORITE song EVER! Maybe you should start opening your gigs with the Macarena...you could call Court up on stage to join you! I think she would like that!
I do have the dancing hips for bringing the macarena to the stage ... but I have to be honest ... I am more of a smashing pumpkins guy than a macarena guy these days.
Yes ... when Tupac was still a member of digital underground we toured together. That is when I met Dre, Snoop, Nate Dogg, Warren G and became "Brianisarapstar". Alas, Eminem came along, straight off the streets, and there is no way I could compete with those hooks, so deathrow had to let me go.
I just shed a tear
BTW ... Honestly this whole east coast - west coast thing was kinda my fault.
Long live Biggie Smalls
Long live Tupac
See how conflicted I still am?
