so here's a really weird deal...matt got whiplash playing basketball yesterday! ever heard of that before!?!? he took a charge because someone was stepping on his foot, he fell backwards into another man's knee which propelled him forwards down to the ground. he laid there for quite awhile...in a ton of pain. i knew when he walked into the room yesterday morning that something had gone wrong at bball. he gets up before the sun to go play this game that he loves dearly. i am still snug in my warm bed as he ventures into below zero temps. all for the love of basketball! needless to say, his love for this precious game is on hold for a while. he is being treated by our chiropractor and taking lots of advil. pray that he will get some relief and comfort soon!
on another note...one of the girls was tested for whooping cough today. she coughs so hard she throws up. it just hit last night, so i was so happy i was able to get her in today. we've started her on meds and pray they kick in fast and the rest of the family will not get this. it is going through many families we know right now. it's no fun!
there you have the latest medical update from our troop.
i am still busy making cards and editing a photo shoot i did last week. i absolutely LOVED doing the shoot even though we were outdoors in single digits temps and windy. i can't tell you how much excitement i'm filled with when i do these shoots. it is a beautiful thing! they were such great sports and cooperated with every direction they were given. they are an amazing family which i have so much respect for. it was a priviledge to take their pics! if i get permission from them...maybe i'll give you all a sneak peak! :)

Do you need the cleats to go along with the chiropractor care?
I drove by your house last night and saw all the pretty lights. It looked beautiful! :)

I hope your baby feels better....of both of them for that matter! Keep us posted on the whooping cough - that's not fun at all.
I am just catching up here. Sounds like a lot of crapola to deal with.
