Today is the big day of my dd's first solo! Do you guys get ridiculously nervous for your kids when they have something like this? Oh my goodness...this is crazy! Please pray that all goes well for her tonight! :)

My oldest is a senior in high school and plays 1st trumpet in their marching band. You'd think after 4yrs of hs band (& an undefeated season), I wouldn't get like that. I still do....
You never get over it, I believe.
Praying for her tonight! And you better take some rolaids or tums or something, so you don't miss anything!

Thank you all for praying...she did great and it was a really great experience for her. I was so nervous, I just sat there praying! :)

my son plays the cello. during his first couple of recitals , i couldn't look at him or breathe during his performance. : )
